One of the most common failings of the P38 and late classic Range Rovers is the EAS air suspension compressor. Common symptoms that the compressor is worn include:
The cost of a new compressor from Land Rover is very expensive when the most common cause of failure is the piston assembly.
This new bore can be replaced at a fraction of the cost of a replacing the whole compressor pump.
